It bothers me, alot. That place where you travel to to view live scripted action can be called a Theater or Theatre, pronounced the same but spelled differently! Why did Americns have to change spellings while retaining the British pronunciations, did they think that they'd stick it to them if we dump their tea AND remove the u from colour and neighbour?!?! It makes me think that all of the founders of our country and enforcers of our national dialect and grammar just slept through their basic level spelling lessons. And you know what, I feel that the Boston Tea Party was a waste of perfectly good tea and that they should have stolen some of it before tainting and vandalizing the rest. And while I'm on a tangent about tea; just kidding I'll spare you for now. Also another thing that bothers me is that you drive on the parkway and park on the driveway...
